Private Dining Room

Host Intimate Meals in the Private Dining Room. Our elegant private dining room is the perfect setting for a birthday party, special event or private dinner among family and friends.

Our dining room table seats 8 comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests. Please complete your request and a member of our team will confirm your reservation.

  • If the dining room service and menu are requested, $5 guest meals can be paid for at the reception desk or by asking your server to add it to the resident’s monthly bill.

Railer Room Activity Center

Share Stories and Recipes in the Railer Room. Make new memories and cherish old in our community center with a full kitchen, complete with an over and refrigerator. With tables and chairs, this space is perfect for a family gathering up to 25 guests.

Maintenance Request for Hassle-Free Apartment Living

Your completed maintenance request will be sent to our Building Services Coordinator and will be completed in the order received; our goal is to complete your request within 72 hours.
