\nEnergize the mind and creativity through the use of games, discussions and reminiscing exercises.<\/p>\n
\nOpportunities like walking programs, dancing, yoga and group exercise keep the residents moving.<\/p>\n
\nThese provide the residents of The Legacy a chance to extend a hand in purposeful projects they are familiar with, including setting the dining room table, vacuuming, raking, gardening and folding the laundry.<\/p>\n
\nEach individual is unique. The Legacy staff\u00a0creates these programs around each life story, personal interests and skills to create positive, intentional interactions.<\/p>\n
\nExcursions are organized throughout the month with our caring team members and volunteers. They include visits to the museum, dining out, concerts, fishing and cultural events.<\/p>\n
