We&#8217;re excited to say that our Backyard BBQ was a success! Nearly 300 friends, family, and residents came to enjoy delicious picnic food, games, and good company. Even better, we were able to raise money to benefit the <a class=\"\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alz.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alzheimer&#8217;s Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While the party moved indoors due to extreme heat; (110 degrees isn&#8217;t exactly the best time to be outside!) it didn&#8217;t stop anyone from having fun! The people truly brought the entertainment! Spirits remained high, and everyone enjoyed eating and mingling in the comfort of our air-conditioned dining hall. Our staff members also loved showing our guests around our <a class=\"\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/evergreenslc.com\/orlandpark\/assisted-living\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">assisted living<\/a> and <a class=\"\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/evergreenslc.com\/orlandpark\/memory-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">memory care<\/a> communities throughout the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all who attended; we were thrilled to be your hosts! Also, a big thank you to all our dedicated staff for working so hard to put this event together and for making sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have had such a successful evening without your efforts. From the food to the fellowship, a wonderful time was had by all.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to our next fun event and can&#8217;t wait for you to join us!
