Apartments have large windows that provide natural light. Seniors living at The Legacy enjoy private studio apartments that can be decorated with their own personal, cherished belongings. A secured courtyard allows for outdoor activities and quiet time.
Each apartment has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab bars for safety. There is a kitchenette with oak cabinets and mini-refrigerator, and individual central heating and air units provide comfortable living for each resident. Free Wi-Fi for residents and guests is available, and cable services are included with your utilities.
The Evergreen Senior Living Building Services team takes care of all maintenance needs; housekeeping and laundry services are provided for each apartment so residents can spend their time with friends and family and enjoy their hobbies.
