For seniors living in one of our memory support cottages, “Life Unrehearsed” focuses on personal interaction and life skills. Residents are allowed to determine how their day will unfold; caregivers take the residents’ personal history, needs and preferences into account to provide care that is best suited to each resident.
At The Legacy, residents also receive medication management, 24-hour care by a consistent nursing staff, and personal assistance as needed with daily activities like bathing and dressing. Residents also dine in a private dining room within The Legacy unit, receiving three nutritious meals a day, as well as housekeeping and laundry services. Our caregiving staff will provide reminders and assistance to and from meals and activities to ensure residents stay engaged and motivated.
