Evergreen Senior Living provides multiple levels of care providing services across our campuses in assisted living, supportive living and memory support settings. Our communities offer a wide array of services to seniors who are not able to live alone but who do not require constant care. Our communities are maintenance-free, so seniors can live without worry, and spend their time enjoying activities and creating new friendships.
Assisted Living allows seniors to live more independently longer, bridging the gap between independent living and a nursing home. Seniors receive personalized support services provided in the privacy and security of each resident’s assisted living apartment within our communities.
Supportive Living provides the same caregiving services and amenities as assisted living, but also offers a financial assistance program that makes it affordable to all seniors. Supportive living accepts private pay, long-term care insurance, Veteran’s Benefits and Medicaid.
Memory Support is available at some Evergreen Senior Living communities and is known as “The Legacy”. The Legacy is for residents who need assistance with the challenges of living with the initial stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. Our memory care, dementia care and other memory support services are available in a secure wing within our larger community, where residents live in their own apartments.
