Socialize:

Staying connected and simply talking to other people helps a great deal with remembering. As humans, we naturally relieve stress and anxiety by talking to another person. Stress and anxiety both negatively affect brain ability, so it’s important that we make sure to socialize with friends, family, or even strangers frequently.
