New Year’s Resolutions for Seniors

The new year is here, the perfect time to make some healthy changes to your life. Goals and resolutions do not always have to be hard to feel like you are bettering your life. Resolutions can be as simple as eating more fruits and vegetables, going on a walk once or twice a week, or even relaxing your mind with some exercises that are great for your mental health.
