Our professionally trained caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents and their families have peace of mind in knowing our team is always nearby to lend a helping hand. Each resident at Evergreen Senior Living has individual and unique care needs. Some require a small amount of assistance, while others need more. To help us better understand those needs, we gather information from the resident, and their loved ones and physicians, to customize a plan of care that meets the needs and desires of each resident. We complete this plan before move-in and on an annual basis, or as a resident’s needs require.
