At The Legacy, we know that the financial aspect of having a loved one in a memory care community requires careful financial planning. That’s why we do what we can to ease your mind while you work to make the best decision for your loved one. At The Legacy: Memory Care, we do not require a “buy-in” to our community, instead we require a small reservation fee that goes towards your first month’s rent when you move in. And, we offer month-to-month contracts which increase comfort levels for our seniors and their families. In specific cases, long-term care and veterans benefits may apply.
