Grief comes in many shapes and sizes and for many different reasons. While we tend to associate grief with the loss of a loved one, many times, it can also appear during seasons of great transition and change. Even in the best of circumstances, a move to an assisted living campus can be bittersweet, and many seniors experience seasons of grief when transitioning from their home into this new environment.

JoAnn will be conducting a 45-minute grief seminar that will focus on understanding how to effectively deal with the chapter in their life that has ended. This session is designed to give our guests the tools they need to move forward effectively, and most importantly – with joy.
